Judge Bruce Wayne Wettman has
more than thirty-eight years of experience as a judge, lawyer, and alternative
dispute resolution (ADR) neutral. He was first elected District Judge of the 247th
District Court of the State of Texas in 1978, and still
serves as a Senior District Judge for the Second Administrative Judicial Region
of the State of Texas. He is an Adjunct
Professor teaching mediation and serves as Director of the Mediation Clinic at

Manager/West Houston CRC Mediator and Arbitrator
Charles Philip Ng is the owner and manager of West Houston CRC. He received his Juris Doctorate from South Texas College of Law in 2010 and his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (International Business) from the University of Denver in 2007. He obtained his mediation certificate through the Frank Evans Center for Conflict Resolution at South Texas College of Law and his Advanced Family Divorce Mediation and Arbitration certificate through Manousso Mediation and Alternative Dispute Resolution Services. As a regular mediator for the Houston DRC and JP courts, Charles is an up-and-coming and versatile mediator with an exceptional ability to help resolve disputes through risk analysis, empathy and creativity.
